- All orders received by 11:00am (PST) Monday – Friday will be shipped same day. Orders received after 11:00am (PST) will ship the next business day.

HANDLING CHARGE
All orders regardless of size are subject to an $3.00 handling charge.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once you “Place Your Order”, your order begins to process and you can no longer make any changes on-line. Most orders will enter the “shipping” process within a few minutes, so it may not be possible to cancel or change your order. Please contact our customer service department cs@juliespetmarket.com.

By law Julie’s Pet Market must charge sales tax for all sales made to addresses in the state of Iowa.
