Orders placed by 11:00 A.M. (PST) will be shipped same business day (Monday-Thursday). Orders placed AFTER 11:00 A.M. (PST) will be shipped next business day (Monday -Thursday). We insure all our packages to protect you against loss or damage while in transit. All packages are shipped via UPS and a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Note: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO addresses. WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP TO ALASKA OR HAWAII.

Returns
ALL RETURNS, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON, MUST HAVE A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR ANY REASON.
1. DAMAGED OR LOST IN SHIPPING
Please contact us immediately if you receive an item that is damaged in shipping. All shipments are insured against damage or loss in transit. We will issue a UPS call tag to pick up the item. Please let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.
2. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Most items have a manufacturer’s warranty. If you receive a defective item, you may return it to us within 30 days. Please contact us for return authorization and pick up information. After 30 days you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
3. You may return any item within 14 days for any reason; however, the following will apply.
• All items must be in the original packaging, unused and in good condition.
• All items are subject to inspection and approval prior to any refund being issued.
• Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
• Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. If you received promotional "free shipping" the shipping costs we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
